Thanks for purchasing our product Zee Rice at www.zeerice.com or at our drop point/branch. Zee Rice offers a 5-day return window for products that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within five days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution. We offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made on our website but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation while following the correct procedure.

Send a Complaint

Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to salesforce@zeerice.com as a means of evidence.


Return after Authorization

Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.


Track Return Status

We will send you a return waybill number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.


Get Resolution

Upon our confirmation of the receipt of the product, Zee Rice will assist only by notifying the Customer Care Department to resolve the matter as its sole responsibility.


If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Return Policy gives you 5 days to return or exchange a product purchased online or at our physical stores with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a return within 5 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 5 day period, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the product is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a return based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced). Final Sale items

We do not offer returns for final sale items unless they are defective.


Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please send us an email at salesforce@zeerice.com and post your product to:

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the product is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.

If the product wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he/she will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product/order unless the product is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping a product/order over ₦2,000,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product/order.
